Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight.
Estimated Delivery Schedule
At PrimeLane, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Below is the estimated timeline for orders placed within the United States:
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Coverage
PrimeLane currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at the moment. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. PrimeLane is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect address details.
Tracking Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress. You can track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Method
We primarily use FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all orders. For faster delivery within 1 to 3 business days, we also offer shipping via DHL upon request (additional charges apply).
Address Modifications & Cancellations
Address Updates: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot modify the address once the order is dispatched.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Wrong Address
If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, phone number, or email provided by the customer, the full cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
