This policy outlines the shipping procedures, timelines, and costs for all orders placed through PrimeLane. Our services are currently restricted to the United States.

Shipping Rates

We apply a flat shipping fee of $15 for all domestic orders within the United States. This rate is consistent regardless of the total order weight or the number of items purchased.

Logistics & Delivery Schedule

The following timeline applies to standard orders processed Monday through Friday:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Duration: 4–6 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery estimates are subject to carrier performance and seasonal demand.

Service Area

PrimeLane currently provides shipping services exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not supported at this time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for transit delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s official website.

Carriers & Expedited Shipping

Standard deliveries are managed via FedEx. For customers requiring accelerated delivery (1–3 business days), DHL shipping may be arranged upon request. Please contact our support team for a quote on additional expedited shipping charges.

Modifications & Cancellations

Address Adjustments: Requests for address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, modifications cannot be made.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within a 24-hour window, provided they have not yet been dispatched for transit.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to our facility due to incorrect contact details or an invalid address provided by the customer, the cost of return shipping and any subsequent reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
