Return and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds at PrimeLane. We aim to ensure that all transactions are handled with transparency and operational efficiency.
14-Day Return Window
Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing.
Note: Items sent back without a prior formal request will not be processed.
Initiating a Return
To start the return process, follow these steps:
- Email our support team at info@primelane.shop within the 14-day eligibility period.
- Include your order number, the specific item for return, and a factual reason for the request.
- Our team will review the request and provide further instructions, including the designated return address.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Standard Returns: If a return is initiated due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is necessitated by a fulfillment error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), PrimeLane will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact us immediately to facilitate this.
Fees and Currency
Restocking Fees: We do not apply restocking fees to eligible returns.
Currency: All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD). Please note that your bank may apply its own conversion rates for international accounts.
Damages and Fulfillment Issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the contents immediately. Any claims regarding damages, missing components, or incorrect items must be reported to info@primelane.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue for our records.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from returns:
- Footwear showing signs of outdoor wear, washing, or modification.
- Items damaged through customer misuse.
- Clearance items, sale products, and gift cards.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days from approval, please contact us for assistance.
